dcd_edpt_close() no longer modifies FIFO distribution.
Code that that was commented out is removed along with
variables that are no longer used.
FIFO distribution among endpoints is handled upfront
and does not need to be modified in open and close endpoint
functions.
This allow to build with single FIFO for devices with multiple channels.
Having just one FIFO greatly reduces time needed to feed endpoint.
This change also allows to have one FIFO with 24 bit samples that
is not rounded up to 32 bit elements.
CFG_TUD_AUDIO_RX_ITEMSIZE and CFG_TUD_AUDIO_TX_ITEMSIZE can be manually
defined. This allows to use FIFO more efficiently when 24 bits samples
are already using 3 bytes, in this case there is no need to put them
into FIFO one by one.
For 8, 16, 32 bits samples size efficient FIFO access is always used
when single FIFO is selected.
This also changes FIFO element size to 1, FIFO usage was confusing
in some place it treated content as byte base in other it looked like
ITEM size is to be used. Also bufsize that in most (maybe all) cases
was really meaning item count.
bufsize now mean buffer size in bytes so there is no confusion.
Some API uses interface number as argument, some wants to have
rhport.
To accommodate need of rhport for functions that don't have it
rhport can be extracted from interface data.
Having just inline keyword for function specified in header
may not be enough to generate code for function.
Adding static solves this problem.
static inline is used in all other inline functions in TinyUSB.
Recommended FIFO allocation schema includes 2 maximum endpoint sizes.
Comment suggested that this is the case while it would work according
to this description only in checked endpoints were ascending sizes.
Also two same size endpoints would be counted as one.
That is fixed by way sz is filled.
Calculation used too much modulo operation while single division was enough
to account for odd FIFO sizes.
Extra space that is evenly distributed between Bulk and control endpoints
was incorrectly calculated it could prevent allocation of ISO endpoint FIFO
when bulk endpoints existed with smaller endpoint numbers.
Minimum endpoint FIFO size is 16 32bit words, FIFO space requirement is
now observed.
b_bytes_copied was pointer with NULL value instead of
plain variable.
NULL pointer was passed to audio_tx_done_cb() and dereference
as well.
Now variable is not a pointer.
Buffer for TX and RX FIFO was not taking into account
size of element leading to out of bound access.
audio_tx_done_type_I_pcm_ff_cb() reported copied bytes was not returning
correct value number if channels was omitted in computation.
Transfer size calculation uses simpler arithmetic.
In several place p_desc_end calculation was not taking into account
that starting pointer (_audiod_itf[idxDriver].p_desc) was pointing
past interface association descriptor.
It would result in accessing random memory.
Endpoint close was implemented only in one driver so far.
This function is needed for interfaces with several alternate settings.
The way FIFO is allocated in dcd_edpt_open() allows to correctly close
only one IN endpoint (the one that was opened last).
Wrong FIFO was flushed in dcd_edpt_stall().
(epnum - 1) should only be used when accessing DIEPTXF registers.
For DIEPCTL and GRSTCTL epnum is correct index.
For ISO endpoint driver has to specify when data
is to be transmitted (odd or even frame).
Currently code was not updating this bit resulting in
data being sent every other frame.
If interval was 1ms full data packed was sent every 2ms, and
ZLP was sent in between.
This adds source files that allow to run TinyUSB stack on DA1469x-dk-pro board.
Source files .c .S and .ld are taken from Apache Mynewt repository.
Those files were stripped to allow starting board without Mynewt os.
Dialog Semiconductor's BLE MCU DA1469x comes with full speed USB.
It's base on National Semiconductor discrete USB controller USBN9603/4.
This adds support for:
- control/interrupt/bulk endpoints (up to 64 bytes)
- ISO endpoint were not tested and may not work correctly
- reset/sleep/wakeup are handled
- code for VBUS changes is provided
For some reason bluetooth stack implementations send class requests
to device instead of interface.
To implement HCI interface over USB non device addressed requests
for class need to be handled.
For normal mynewt packages newt tool wants to have specific
folder structure. It wants to have src and include directories,
and only include (and arch related) directory is added to compiler
include search list.
Since TinyUSB has different folder structure newt tool will not
add anything to -I directives and those would need to be
specified as pkg.cflags: "-I@tinyusb/src"
Recent change to newt tool allowed to add specific include directories
for external (sdk) packages so just including package will add
necessary -I to build commands.
This commit changes package type to sdk and specifies src as include
root for TinyUSB.
For older newt tool adding sdk and include_dirs does not break build.
Code suggested that PLL with MSI is used resulting in 80MHz clock.
When in fact PLL was not configured and system clock was left at MSI 48MHz.
This happens because PLL configuration requires that SysTick interrupt
has interrupt priority level configured correctly.
As it seems ST code intentionally setups variable uwTickPrio to invalid
value and later when it is not setup by user code configuration
of oscillator will fail before PLL is configured.
This simple changes systick priority to some valid value that
allows clock to use PLL.
Field PLLState was not initialized in RCC_OscInitStruct.PLL in
function SystemClock_Config().
Value is used in HAL_RCC_OscConfig() regardless of oscillator.
In lucky case value would be 0 RCC_PLL_NONE and nothing would
happen.
If value was incorrect following line would end up in assert:
assert_param(IS_RCC_PLL(RCC_OscInitStruct->PLL.PLLState));
If value was valid but no RCC_PLL_NONE pll could be configured
with some other random values.
Setting PLLState to RCC_PLL_NONE eliminates potential problem.
Busy flag was set to true after call to dcd_edpt_xfer().
In some cased it was possible that transfer finished before function
ended.
In this case busy flag could be set to false before it was set to
true.
Then setting it to true after dcd_edpt_xfer() made edpoint busy forever.
This change marks endpoint as busy before transfer is started to
avoid race condition.
For IN endpoints output FIFO is filled in interrupt, therefor before
endpoint is enabled, DIEPTSIZ is set with correct size of packet.
Then endpoint is enabled and FIFO empty interrupt is enabled.
This works fine except for the ZLP. Enabling FIFO empty interrupt
results in interrupt handler being called all the time because
there is nothing to put in the FIFO.
Eventually it ends when IN token is received and empty
packed is transmitted out.
This change does not enable FIFO empty interrupt for ZLP reducing
CPU load.
Queue table has pointers instead of data os_event structs.
This resulted in crashes when elements were put to queue and
overwritten variables that were just after mpool desiged
for queue.
